Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.We are looking for a new team member in the role as\nProcess Engineer II (m/f/d)- 100%\nLocation: Le Locle (NEUCHATEL)\nType of Contract: permanent employment\nStartdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities\nShift: No\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop stable and capable manufacturing processes through a structured process development approach.\nManage costs through the delivery of scrap, reprocessing and consumable projects.\nDesign & develop tools, fixtures, gauges and special equipment for manufacturing operations in conjunction with Technicians and outside vendors.\nPlan, execute, and document process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.\nAnalyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.\nActively interface with cross-functional team members, always practicing good team work in support of day to day operating and project requirements.\nDemonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Engineering team.\nYOUR BACKGROUND\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n Experience: Proven background in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or quality engineering.
