This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and standardized manufacturing operations.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide technical support for assembly, rework, and production activities. \nCreate, update, and maintain work instructions and visual aids. \nInterpret drawings and manufacturing documentation. \nSupport tooling selection, setup, and process improvements. \nAssist with new product introductions and engineering changes. \nSupport 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. \nPartner with Engineering and Production to resolve manufacturing issues. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nEducation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nBasic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools required. \nAssociate or Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred. \nExperience\nMinimum 1 year of production or manufacturing experience. \nExperience supporting assembly, rework, or manufacturing operations preferred. \nExperience creating work instructions or supporting tooling activities is a plus. \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nAbility to read assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation. \nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and 5S principles. \nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and basic fixtures. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. \nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and work on the manufacturing floor. \nPreferred Qualifications\nElectronics manufacturing experience. \nExperience supporting NPI or process improvement activities.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
