Works closely with Product Engineers and cross-functional teams to support product lifecycle activities, issue resolution, and successful execution of engineering deliverables.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), BOM updates, AML updates, and related documentation activities.\nMaintain product documentation accuracy and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.\nSupport configuration control activities and ensure proper revision management throughout the product lifecycle.\nReview engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, datasheets, and manufacturing instructions.\nCoordinate implementation of engineering changes within manufacturing operations.\nVerify materials, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation are aligned with approved engineering revisions.\nPerform line audits and implementation checks to validate proper execution of engineering changes.\nSupport impact assessments and risk evaluations associated with engineering changes.\nAssist Product Engineers with validation activities including First Article builds, engineering trials, test verification, and process qualification activities.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot product documentation, BOM, and configuration-related issues.\nSupport containment and corrective actions related to engineering discrepancies and product configuration issues.\nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Test Engineering, Materials, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to resolve product-related issues.\nTrack engineering action items and support timely completion of assigned deliverables.\nFacilitate communication between engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure effective implementation of technical requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering documentation, change management, and process execution.\nMaintain compliance with established engineering procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS\nKnowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and engineering support activities.\nUnderstanding of Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML), Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and configuration management principles.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and technical documentation.\nBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and validation methodologies.\nFamiliarity with change management processes and documentation control practices.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/PLM systems such as SAP, Agile, or equivalent.\nBasic English communication skills preferred.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nTechnical Degree, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering support, product engineering, or related technical functions.\nExperience supporting engineering change implementation, documentation control, or manufacturing operations preferred.\nExperience with ERP, PLM, SAP, Agile, or equivalent systems preferred.\nUnderstanding of validation activities, product configuration control, and manufacturing processes preferred.\nOr an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.\nTEN CUIDADO CON LOS FRAUDES: Las oportunidades laborales legítimas en Jabil se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web oficial Jabil.com.
