Deliver operational excellence.\nWe're seeking an Operations Project Manager II to lead medium-to-large scale projects that support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept through implementation while partnering with stakeholders across operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multiple projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and implementation.\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\nDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nTrack project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required.\n5+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.\nPMP certification and leadership experience preferred.\nThe pay range for this role is $83,400 - $150,000.
