The Project ME will adopt as its goals profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles.\nWhat will you do?\nProject leader - lead and implement projects that will eliminate waste, through the standard Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering process. This will include but is not limited to: Complex Process Simulation, Operations Research and Business Model Cost Analysis\nVerify Time standards prepared within the Engineering Team\nUpdate and report key Engineering metrics for assigned customer or area\nDrive key process mapping activities within the assigned customer or area\nDrive the standardization SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configuration\nAssist on preparing quotes for proposed projects within the assigned customer or area\nDrive process related activities for New Product Introduction.\nSupport the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement through the organization\nManages cross functional teams to identify, develop, test and implement world class manufacturing equipment, systems, tools, procedures and processes.\nProvides support and technical assistance to new facility and/or Workcell startups.\nRaw material delivery process, storage and line feed systems.\nWIP management, sizing and buffer storage systems.\nHow will you get there?\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:\nUnderstanding and application of broad range of manufacturing and industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)\nProven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous improvements and cost reduction programs\nStrong communication skills\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or similar field career\n8+ years of experience in managing technical engineering teams and cross functional participation.\nManufacturing process development experience included\nLarge form assembly process development preferred\nProficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD skills required.
