Serves as a mentor for contamination control processes. Ensures that clean room performance and product quality conforms to established company, customer and requirements. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to environmental and microbiology control. Investigates problems and develops dispositions, modifications and corrective actions for recurring or non-recurring discrepancies related to microbiology and environmental control failures. Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nDevelops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control plans and protocols for environmental and microbiology equipment and clean room.\nAnalyzes data, prepares trending data, provides input to management when failures occurs and generates deviations in regards to environmental or microbiology.\nAssures direct reports follows Jabil DR procedures and guidelines.\nAudits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction related to contamination control.\nEnsures that corrective measures meet acceptable standards and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.\nMay specialize in the areas of microbiology or chemistry as they apply to product or process quality.\nWrites, reviews, approves process validations/qualifications in accordance with Jabil DR and customer requirements.\nAssists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), Jabil DR Advance Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.\nMay manage the internal supplier third party and participates FDA quality audits.\nSupport plant Quality System software validation as needed.\nSupport all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.\nResponsible for the generation / updating / maintenance the Matrix for the direct reports.\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n Provide support to all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero accident culture.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nBS degree, microbiology degree or equivalent\n4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
