To support and drive corrective action efforts.\nPreferred candidates will possess foundational knowledge of server and rack manufacturing processes, quality engineering principles, and the thermal management technologies used in liquid-cooled AI and data center infrastructure products. Exposure to fluid systems, pressure testing, leak detection, heat transfer, and reliability validation is highly desirable.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n· Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.\n· Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.\n· Perform defect analysis reporting.\n· Perform MRB on sustained products.\n· Participate in CAC meetings - support continuous improvement.\n· Perform line and product audits.\n· Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.\n· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.\n· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry Exposure\nInternship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience supporting server, storage, networking, rack integration, or data center infrastructure products.\nExposure to manufacturing environments involving electromechanical assemblies, sheet metal fabrication, cable integration, or system-level assembly operations.\nFamiliarity with server, rack, or high-performance computing (HPC) products is preferred.\nLiquid Cooling and Thermal Management\nBasic understanding of liquid cooling technologies used in AI and data center applications.\nExposure to fluid systems, coolant distribution, heat exchangers, cold plates, manifolds, pumps, valves, and tubing assemblies.\nFundamental knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and cooling-system performance concepts.\nAwareness of leak prevention, fluid cleanliness, contamination control, and pressure integrity requirements associated with liquid-cooled products.\nQuality and Manufacturing Knowledge\nUnderstanding of quality engineering tools including:First Article Inspection (FAI)\nControl Plans\nProcess Flow Diagrams\nPFMEA\nRoot Cause Analysis\nStatistical Process Control (SPC).\n\nFamiliarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and CAPA processes.\nAbility to interpret basic engineering drawings, mechanical specifications, assembly instructions, and test procedures.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
