Serve as a liaison between Jabil and customers or suppliers on quality-related matters while driving continuous improvement, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide leadership and initiative to the Quality Services organization through continuous improvement projects.\nInterface with manufacturing areas and support groups to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.\nInvestigate identified quality issues and drive resolution activities.\nDevelop and maintain Quality Assurance plans and process routings that reflect intended and actual manufacturing activities.\nSupport all quoting activities through participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.\nEvaluate and support inspection processes through inspection aids and instruction guidelines.\nSupport training programs through the development and implementation of specialized training sessions for applicable functions.\nConduct periodic reviews and maintenance of documentation files and develop systems for document storage and accessibility.\nReview supplier and customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective and preventative action efforts.\nProvide trend analysis of defects occurring internally, at suppliers, and at customer locations.\nParticipate in vendor survey activities as applicable.\nDrive proactive supplier engagement and support supplier process improvement initiatives.\nInterface with all departments regarding policies and procedures.\nMonitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance to quality engineering personnel as needed.\nProvide technical support to customers on quality-related matters.\nSupport corrective action efforts utilizing SPC data and corrective action tracking systems.\nCreate and implement meetings, procedures, and team-building initiatives to strengthen corrective and preventative action programs.\nServe as the liaison between Jabil and customers or suppliers regarding quality concerns.\nParticipate in periodic Quality Business Reviews for assigned workcells.\nStrengthen and improve technical support within the quality organization.\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree required.\nOr an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience:\nMinimum of five years of related experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.\nDemonstrated experience supporting quality systems and manufacturing operations.\nDemonstrated NPI (New Product Introduction) experience preferred.\nExperience in the Defense and Aerospace industry strongly preferred.\nExperience with circuit card assemblies (CCAs) preferred.\nU.S. Citizenship required for site-specific security clearance.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:\nStrong Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) knowledge and experience.\nFamiliarity with quality control tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, process control, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).\nKnowledge of Quality Assurance systems, corrective action methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.\nAbility to investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.\nExperience utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to identify trends and drive improvements.\nAbility to analyze quality data and provide meaningful trend analysis and recommendations.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate technical information to all levels of the organization.\nAbility to maintain documentation systems and ensure compliance with quality requirements.\nWorking knowledge of supplier quality and customer quality management processes.\nAbility to lead continuous improvement activities and drive quality-focused initiatives.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) manufacturing.\nExperience conducting RCCA investigations using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, or similar tools.\nKnowledge of IPC standards, AS9100, ISO 9001, or other applicable quality management systems.\nExperience supporting customer audits, supplier quality initiatives, and Quality Business
