You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing robust quality systems, and fostering a culture of excellence.\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop, implement, and maintain Jabil's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485) and customer requirements.\nLead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.\nOversee the development and execution of quality plans, control plans, and inspection procedures for new product introductions (NPIs) and existing products.\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for internal and external quality issues, ensuring effective resolution and prevention of recurrence.\nCollaborate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.\nMonitor key quality metrics, analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.\nManage supplier quality activities, including supplier selection, audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.\nFacilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 8D problem-solving.\nPrepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.\nOther duties as they may be assigned.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
