You’ll work closely with the quality and manufacturing teams to inspect parts and products using various tools and techniques, helping ensure everything is up to spec before it reaches our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nInspect products at different stages of production (incoming, in-process, and final) to ensure quality and reliability. \nUse tools like micrometers, calipers, and vision systems to check measurements and product features. \nIdentify defects such as contamination, color variation, or mechanical issues. \nKeep accurate records of inspections and measurements. \nFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain documentation. \nSupport quality initiatives and help keep inspection equipment clean and ready to use. \nEnter inspection data into our system and help with packaging and labeling of inspected parts. \nOccasionally assist with special studies and improvement projects. \nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \nSome experience in quality control, manufacturing, or injection molding is preferred. \nComfortable using measuring tools and reading technical drawings. \nGood attention to detail and ability to spot defects. \nBasic computer skills (especially MS Office). \nStrong communication and teamwork skills. \nWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. \nThis position requires working in a rotating shift pattern to support continuous manufacturing operations.
