Quality Inspectors will also assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.\nPosition duties and responsibilities\nPerform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production.\nInspects incoming, in process and finished products and material for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics, using inspection sheets and applicable sampling plans.\nComparing the obtained results with the target values of the relevant requirements and specifications and documenting any deviations.\nRead and follow visual aides, engineering change notices (reworks), or established operating procedures, determine acceptance or rejection of product.\nFollow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned quality assurance inspection operations.\nVisually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and /or AOI machines.\nEnter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board.\nLot release and archiving of batch documentation.\nPrepares necessary documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items.\nAssist in the training of co-workers in new or improved techniques in areas of experience.\nPerforms “Roving Auditor” function involving inspection of product in a Manufacturing Flow Cell.\nAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.\nComply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73.
