This role will provide leadership for quality assurance strategies, audit readiness, new product introduction quality planning, corrective action programs, and quality system compliance across the manufacturing operation.\nWhat Will You Do?\nProvide leadership and support for plant and company safety initiatives.\nManage the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality evaluation and control systems in compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.\nLead inspection, testing, and validation strategies to ensure product quality and process effectiveness.\nDevelop and implement methods for evaluating the precision and accuracy of products, processes, and production equipment.\nDrive statistical analysis initiatives to assess product nonconformance, identify root causes, and improve quality performance.\nLead internal and external quality audits, ensuring deficiencies are identified, corrected, and prevented from recurring.\nEnsure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented and documented in accordance with customer and regulatory expectations.\nDevelop sustainable, measurable, and repeatable business process improvements that enhance quality and operational performance.\nMonitor and maintain compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, TS16949, and customer-specific requirements as applicable.\nLead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities and oversee Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions for new product introductions.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to establish quality requirements and robust manufacturing processes for new products.\nExchange best practices and quality knowledge across Jabil sites and global operations.\nGenerate and maintain quality system documentation, including Device Master Records (DMR), Design History Files (DHF), validation protocols, and customer-required documentation.\nEnsure initial and ongoing validation activities comply with applicable GMP and quality system requirements.\nPrepare and communicate quality metrics, trends, and continuous improvement initiatives to leadership teams.\nLead and develop quality engineering and quality assurance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nHow Will You Get Here?\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading quality organizations, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEquivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nRequired Technical Qualifications\nAdvanced knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).\nStrong root cause analysis expertise utilizing 8D methodology, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with demonstrated experience leading DMAIC improvement projects.\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience conducting Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), including Gauge R&R studies to ensure measurement system reliability.\nWorking knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).\nExperience utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).\nKnowledge of pressure vessel testing standards.\nExperience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.\nExperience utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nUnderstanding of torque fundamentals and production assembly quality requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience with quality auditing, supplier quality management, and corrective action processes.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in highly regulated manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of ISO 13485, TS16949/IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.\nExperience with product validation and process validation activities.\nProficiency using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau to monitor and improve quality performance.\nExperience with digital torque management systems and automated vision inspection databases.\nStrong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.\nExcellent communication
