Responsible for the development, recovery and maintenance of the documentation related to Quality Management System and Regulatory Compliance.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nGuarantee full compliance of all the ACA, CAPA and Customer Complaint investigations.\nFollow up of open Quality Figures (ACA, CAPA’s, Customer Complaints and PA).\nServe as a coach to the Investigator during the investigation process.\nCoordination and Measurement of the activities related to the maintenance of the Quality Management System, including quality figures.\nMaintain metrics for the Plant regarding all quality figures.\nAssists in the Plant preparation for External Audits, as required.\nAssists in the process for ensuring that corrective actions (CAPA) are completed in accordance with relevant ISO requirements (ISO 13485), CFR Part 820, Problem Solving methods, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.\nObserves all company rules, regulations, and procedures such as safety and housekeeping (6’s).\nComply with Good Manufacturing Practices\nParticipates as part of the Internal Auditors Team, as required.\nProvide support to the activities of the Release area, as required.\nResponsible that his/her payroll clock punches are registered before entering or leaving, following and accepting company payroll policies.\nResponsible of performing as per Job Description’s SOP’s and work instructions.\nAttends all requested training or company meetings.\nMay participate in internal committees as Safety, improvement events, etc. as required.\nComply and follow all procedures within the company's safety policy.\nSupport all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero accident culture.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma required.\nTerm student in Industrial Engineering or related field.\nMinimum three (3) years of equivalent job experience.\nEnglish proficiency.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
