The product will be large (shipping container size), heavy (50+ tons), and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground up. Skills to include panel and point to point wire assembly, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and High-Power Electronic assemblies.\nHow will you make an impact?\nThe Quality Systems Technician supports the site Quality Management System and works closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other functions to maintain quality processes, records, and compliance. This role will provide hands-on support as the site establishes and matures its quality systems during startup and production ramp.\nWhat will you do?\nSupport implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site Quality Management System. \nMaintain quality system records, databases, documentation, and applicable quality metrics. \nSupport internal, customer, compliance, and Layered Process Audits (LPA), including tracking findings and corrective actions. \nSupport document control activities, including document creation, revisions, approvals, obsolescence, periodic reviews, gap analysis, retention, and controlled records. \nCoordinate calibration and verification activities for measuring and test equipment, including maintaining schedules, records, and equipment status. \nSupport CAPA, SCAR, 8D, root cause investigations, and corrective action tracking through closure. \nSupport onboarding and recurring quality training, including training records, qualification documentation, and training matrices. \nSupport quality system applications and implementation of new or revised quality processes. \nAssist Quality Systems Engineers, Quality Engineers and manufacturing teams with quality investigations, nonconformance documentation, and continuous improvement activities. \nMaintain knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. \nSupport site Quality activities based on business needs and performed other duties as assigned. \nHow will you get here?\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical, quality, or manufacturing-related field preferred. \nPrevious experience in Quality, manufacturing, document control, calibration, or a Quality Management System environment preferred. \nBasic knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and product/process specifications. \nAbility to read and understand procedures, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements. \nStrong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills. \nBasic computer skills and ability to work with electronic quality systems, records, and databases. \nASQ CQT, Internal Auditor, Six Sigma, or similar quality certification preferred. \nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nFollow all company safety, environmental, and EHS requirements. \nParticipate in required safety and environmental training. \nPromote safe work practices within the assigned work area.\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $21.73 - $39.13.
