You'll work alongside Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to identify issues, solve problems, improve processes, and help ensure products consistently meet established your career with Jabil.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nInspection & Testing\nPerform in-process and final inspections of products and components in accordance with established procedures, engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and quality requirements.\nConduct functional, dimensional, visual, and other required inspections and tests using appropriate measurement and test equipment.\nUtilize inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, optical comparators, and other applicable measurement devices.\nEvaluate products and components for defects, dimensional deviations, workmanship concerns, and other non-conformances.\nEnsure inspections and testing are completed accurately and in accordance with established quality procedures.\nQuality Documentation & Non-Conformance\nAccurately document inspection results, test data, quality findings, and other required information.\nIdentify, document, and report non-conforming materials, components, or finished products.\nMaintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and applicable quality requirements.\nSupport appropriate containment and escalation activities when quality concerns are identified.\nAssist with updating quality documentation, inspection criteria, and related procedures as required.\nProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement\nAssist with the investigation and resolution of manufacturing and product quality issues.\nParticipate in Root Cause Analysis activities to help identify the source of defects and process failures.\nSupport the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nPartner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to address recurring quality concerns.\nIdentify opportunities to improve inspection methods, quality processes, documentation, and overall manufacturing performance.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving product quality.\nQuality Systems & Audit Support\nSupport internal quality audits and assist with external audits as required.\nFollow established quality management system procedures and documentation requirements.\nSupport compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.\nAssist with maintaining inspection and quality control equipment, including applicable calibration requirements.\nIdentify equipment or calibration concerns and communicate issues to appropriate team members.\nTraining & Collaboration\nProvide guidance and training to production personnel regarding applicable quality standards, inspection requirements, and techniques.\nPartner with Production, Engineering, and other teams to communicate and resolve quality concerns.\nClearly communicate inspection findings, non-conformances, and quality requirements to appropriate stakeholders.\nPromote a quality-focused culture by reinforcing established standards and procedures throughout manufacturing operations.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow all applicable company policies, safety requirements, quality procedures, and work instructions.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nProperly handle inspection equipment, products, and materials in accordance with established procedures.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nStrong understanding of basic quality control and inspection principles within a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, technical specifications, and work instructions.\nDemonstrated ability to use inspection and measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, optical comparators, and similar tools.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects, deviations, and workmanship concerns.\nEffective problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to support Root Cause Analysis and corrective action activities.\nAbility to accurately document inspection findings and maintain quality records.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate quality requirements and inspection findings effectively with production personnel and cross-functional partners.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nKnowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is preferred.\nSolutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate degree in a technical, manufacturing, quality, engineering technology, or related field preferred.\n 1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.\nPrevious experience within electronics manufacturing is preferred.\nExperience using precision measurement and inspection equipment is preferred.\nExperience reading engineering drawings,
