You will help ensure our products meet customer and regulatory requirements through precise measurement, data analysis, and effective communication with production teams.\nLocation & Shift:\nOn-site at our Grand Junction, CO facility\nShift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:3-0 PM\nWhat Will You Do?\nInspect, measure, and test mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components and assemblies.\nSupport production by ensuring CMMs operate efficiently and performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.\nConduct CMM inspections, surface plate measurements, and hard gage inspections.\nMaintain records of technical data related to materials, tools, fixtures, and processes.\nPerform in-process inspections and audits, logging results for later analysis.\nVerify material conformance to specifications; interpret company and industry requirements.\nServe as the first point of contact for inspectors when defects or issues arise.\nReview defect samples and support the purge verification process.\nCollect and analyze quality data using statistical analysis methods.\nSupport Quality Engineers with DA, ECN, and CAPA execution.\nReview nonconforming material and products.\nMaintain compliance with safety rules, health regulations, and company security policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nHow Will You Get Here?\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nAbility to troubleshoot basic CMM errors using knowledge of GD&T and surface plate inspection.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.\nAbility to write routine reports and communicate effectively with employees and customers.\nStrong mathematical skills, including statistical concepts, geometry, trigonometry, and practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.\nAbility to solve problems with limited standardization and interpret written, verbal, diagram, or schedule-based instructions.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma required.\n1-3 years of related experience and/or training.\nWorking knowledge of blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and Vision Insurance with HRA and HSA options\n401K match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nPaid Time Off\nTuition Reimbursement\nLife, AD&D, and Disability Insurance\nCommuter Benefits\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPet Insurance\nAdoption Assistance\nAnnual Base Pay Increase \nCommunity Volunteer Opportunities\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $19.76 - $35.58.
