Building 100.\nHow will you make an impact?\nPerforms advanced quality assurance activities related to liquid cooling systems, ensuring products meet Jabil's stringent quality standards and customer specifications through testing, inspection, and process improvement initiatives.\nWhat will you do?\nConducts complex functional and reliability testing of liquid cooling components and assemblies, including pumps, cold plates, radiators, and associated plumbing.\nPerforms in-process and final inspections to verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\nUtilizes a variety of precision measurement tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges, flow meters, and thermal imaging cameras.\nTroubleshoots and diagnoses quality issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions.\nCollaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to implement process improvements and design changes to enhance product quality and reliability.\nDevelops and revises quality documentation, including inspection procedures, test plans, and work instructions.\nAssists in the training of junior quality technicians on quality procedures and best practices.\nParticipates in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).\nAnalyzes quality data and generates reports to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.\nOperates and maintains specialized test equipment and environmental chambers for liquid cooling applications.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology) preferred.\n5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role, specifically within liquid cooling systems, HVAC, or a related field requiring fluid dynamics and thermal management.\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:\nStrong understanding of quality control methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys).\nProficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.\nAdvanced experience with precision measurement tools and equipment.\nFamiliarity with liquid cooling principles, including heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and common system components.\nAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in liquid cooling systems.\nExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and report generation.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
