Quality Technician II (стартова)- Iнспектор з якості

ВимогиUA

• Бажано технічна освіта
• Вміння аналізувати дані, хороші аналітичні здібності
• Аналіз данних, визначення пріорітетів, розподіл задач у межах команди

Основні обов'язкиUA

• АналізTOP -проблем, перевірка даних із системиMES,ідентифікація трьох найбільших проблем та разом із командою (груп лідер, механік, тест-технік, діагностик) пошук причин цих проблем
• Моніторинг ключових показників, контрольні карти, дотримання процесів описаних в інструкція, методом аудиту/обхіду лінії, задля забезпеченняякості виготовленої продукції
• Звіт про стан справ на виробничій лінії, про виконані аналізи та проведені дослідження найбільших проблем
• FAI -проведення візуального котролю продукту, зібрати дані з тестерів про перший продукт та порівняти чи є відхилення від норм
• Аналіз компонентів - ідентифікація та аналіз придатності компонентів, які знаходяться вMRBзоні
• ДопомогаSQEв питаннях якості компонентів та матеріалів - зібрати дані про невідповідний компонент та надіслати про нього лист інженеруSQE
• Проведення тестування продукту інспекторами методомGauge R&R,для упевненості, що всі інсепктори на лінії мають відповідін навички для якісноїперевірик продукту
• Контроль впровадженняECN (зміна компоненту на продукті) - перевірка чи всі параметри обладнання, робочі інструкцій, матеріали були заміненівідповідно доECN
