This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.\nJob Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the assigned region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.\nDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, university partnerships).\nConduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, define job requirements, and develop compelling job descriptions.\nProvide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.\nNegotiate and extend competitive job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nParticipate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other employer branding activities.\nStay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and relevant employment laws.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.\nMay be involved in developing and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers.\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment.\nProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for diverse roles.\nStrong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems).\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nKnowledge of local employment laws and regulations.\nWork location: On site, Jabil Dublin\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
