Other duties may be assigned.\nCoordination and Tracking\nVerify quantity, paperwork, and system work of materials.\nVerify system status and documentation accuracy against physical material, and provide the RMA planner with the information needed to complete SAP transactions.\nLead the workcell to meet agreed RMA turnaround times and commits as communicated by the RMA planner; provide real-time feedback when commits are in jeopardy.\nWork closely with the RMA planner, Planning, Inventory Control, and the Quality Supervisor to make sure the resources needed to meet commits are available.\nTrack progress of orders to ensure they move through the process in time to meet committed delivery dates.\nCommunicate problems, concerns, and recommendations to the workcell support staff.\nMaintain all required documentation and files, including delivery and shipping documentation.\nHands-On Fulfillment and Shipment Readiness\nMonitor staged material and pull completion status; verify all required components are available and verified before shipment preparation begins.\nSupport urgent, expedited, and customer-critical commissioning and field requests, adjusting workcell priorities as needed.\nPerform packing and shipment preparation for RMA, commissioning, and field support orders.\nVerify material against pull lists and packing requirements, including part number, revision, quantity, and labeling.\nPackage material using approved methods and prepare skids, pallets, and crates for shipping.\nCoordinate Quality and Outbound Audit (OBA) inspections and resolve discrepancies identified.\nRelease material to shipping in line with customer requirements and shipping schedules, and communicate status to the RMA planner.\nDirection and Priorities\nProvide the workcell with priorities and direction to meet commits.\nProvide daily direction and guidance to the Dedicated CX Puller, including pull priorities and staging requirements.\nIdentify and remove bottlenecks in the fulfillment flow, and balance daily workload across the workcell to keep orders moving.\nOrder necessary components, boxes, and tools from the stockroom and provide them to the team.\nProvide direction and support to group leaders to ensure they are meeting the needs of their customers.\nEscalate shortages, inventory discrepancies, and material issues to Inventory Control and Planning.\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members on packout, safety, and quality standards.\nWorkcell Standards, Documentation, and Improvement\nOwn 5S and visual management standards for the fulfillment line, including labeling, floor markings, staging locations, and workcell audit readiness.\nControl shop floor supplies and consumable stock - packaging materials, boxes, crating, labels, and tooling - maintaining minimum levels and reordering to prevent shortages that stop pack out.\nRead Deviations and Work Instructions and ensure the necessary actions are performed relative to RMA and commissioning orders; ensure the team provides work instructions and rework packages for upgrades or complicated rework.\nTrack workcell performance measures such as on-time shipment, shipment accuracy, turnaround time, and drive process improvements and standard work.\nParticipate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment workcell.\nAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.\nComply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.\nManagement & Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides daily work direction and priorities. This role is not directly responsible for managing employees (e.g., hiring, termination, pay decisions, or performance management).\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; and three to five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nExperience with RMA, fulfillment, shipping, or material coordination in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to read and interpret pull lists, packing lists, work instructions, and shipping documentation.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\nClear communication and problem-solving skills across Quality, Planning, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Project Management.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting commissioning, field service, or customer escalation requirements.\nKnowledge of outbound quality inspection and freight or shipping documentation processes.\nPrevious experience leading or coordinating a small operational team.\nLean Manufacturing or 5S experience.\nFamiliarity with Oracle, SAP, or Procore.\nWorking Conditions\nOnsite manufacturing and fulfillment environment.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation; mechanical lifting devices and team lifts may be used.\nOvertime may be required to support customer-critical shipments.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
