Driving Customer Success. - At Velocity Electronics, a Jabil Company, we are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator based in Munich, Germany to support our Sales organization by managing the complete order lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring accurate and efficient order execution.\nThis role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by supporting seamless sales operations, improving process execution, and contributing to strong business performance.\nThe Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end order process, partner with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve operational issues and help ensure customer commitments are met.\nIf you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction - we want to meet you.\nWhat can you expect to do?\nOrder Lifecycle Management\nSupport sales representatives throughout the order lifecycle.\n\nMonitor open orders and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.\n\nCoordinate activities required to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction.\n\nServe as the primary operational point of contact for assigned sellers.\n\nService House Coordination\nObtain service quotations from approved test houses.\n\nCoordinate service orders and monitor progress.\n\nObtain inspection reports and required documentation.\n\nExpedite service orders when required.\n\nVendor & Supplier Coordination\nFollow up with buyers regarding order status and delivery commitments.\n\nRequest to expedite shipments.\n\nInternal Operations Coordination\nWork closely with IDCs, Purchasing, TC and Finance teams.\n\nCoordinate resolution of problem shelf requests and order issues.\n\nReview assigned open order reports daily and proactively identify orders at risk of missing scheduled ship dates.\n\nEscalate operational risks that may impact customer deliveries.\n\nDrive timely resolution of order exceptions.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process improvement opportunities.\n\nDocument procedures and best practices.\n\nSupport onboarding and training of new Sales Operations personnel.\n\nWhat experience and knowledge will help you succeed in this role?\n4-year college degree\n\n2+ years of relevant Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing or Inventory Management.\n\n2+ years’ experience in a global company.\n\nExperience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThis is an onsite position based in Munich, Germany, placing you at the center of where global collaboration meets operational excellence.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
