Ltd. will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from design to mass production and continuous improvement. This position requires a strong technical background in manufacturing of Photonics devices.\nJob Responsibilities\n* Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth transition from design to manufacturing.\n* Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.\n* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues, yield excursions, and customer returns.\n* Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance.\n* Develop and implement test plans, fixtures, and equipment for product validation and production testing.\n* Perform statistical data analysis to identify trends, predict failures, and drive continuous process improvement.\n* Participate in design reviews, offering DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) feedback.\n* Prepare and present technical reports, analyses, and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.\n* Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electronics manufacturing.\nJob Qualifications\n* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.\n* Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.\n* Proficiency in test methodologies, equipment, and instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMMs).\n* Demonstrated experience with statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma methodologies, and problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA).\n* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n* Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\n* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nBE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
