Government Incentives & Regulatory Engagement\nProactively explore and evaluate new government tax incentive opportunities (e.g., NIF) with MIDA, especially in view of the Reinvestment Allowance (RA) incentive expiring in FY2028\nCoordinate manufacturing license applications, renewals, and regulatory submissions to ensure full compliance\n2. Statutory Audit & Compliance Management\nLead and manage the annual statutory audit, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors\nOversee audit planning, documentation, issue resolution, and timely closure of audit findings\n3. Tax Compliance & Authority Liaison\nManage annual tax computations, filings, and queries in collaboration with tax agents\nAct as the key contact with the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) for audits and follow-ups\nPrepare and submit monthly withholding tax filings accurately and on time\nCoordinate transfer pricing compliance and documentation with tax agents\n4. Internal Controls & SOX Governance\nManage Finance SOX baseline, including documentation, control testing, and remediation tracking\nConduct finance self-audits to ensure ongoing SOX compliance\n5.
