This role is critical for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.\nLead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nOversee and manage cycle counting and physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.\nAnalyze inventory data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve inventory turns, obsolescence reduction, and working capital optimization.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless material flow and alignment with production schedules.\nImplement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and leverage data analytics to enhance inventory visibility and control.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce inventory holding costs, improve accuracy, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.\nPrepare and present regular reports on inventory performance, discrepancies, and improvement initiatives to senior management.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to inventory management.\nManage and resolve complex inventory issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
