This is working directly with liquid cooling technology.\nIdeal candidates have experience developing or sustaining factory test solutions, supporting NPI builds, resolving production test failures, and working with Linux-based systems, automation scripts, and hardware diagnostics.\nThis is not a software QA, application testing, or web-services testing role.\n How You Will Make an Impact\nAs a Sr. Test Engineer (Liquid Cooling), you will play a critical role in the development, integration, and continuous improvement of next-generation compute platforms, including AI/ML, GPGPU, server, networking, and storage systems.\nYou will lead test engineering activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment, driving product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and team leadership.\n Key Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Engineering\nDesign, develop, and maintain test procedures, test systems, hardware, and software for advanced compute platforms.\nLead failure analysis and root cause investigations across hardware and software domains.\nTroubleshoot complex server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems.\nSupport AI/ML, GPU, and high-performance compute platforms through integration and production.\nInterpret test logs, JSON outputs, and system data to identify trends and drive improvements.\nDevelop and deploy automation using Python and Bash scripting.\nAnalyze manufacturing and system data using Excel and Power BI.\nSupport NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness and production ramp.\n Networking & Systems\nConfigure and troubleshoot networking systems (switches, routers, LAN/WAN, Layer 3).\nSupport optical networking technologies (transceivers, fiber optics).\nUtilize and train others on Linux command-line tools and scripting.\n Liquid Cooling & Thermal Systems (Advanced Compute Focus)\nApply heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics principles to liquid cooling systems.\nWork with components such as pumps, cold plates, chillers, reservoirs, tubing, and coolants (e.g., PG25).\nUse instrumentation including thermocouples, flow meters, and pressure sensors.\nPerform leak detection, material compatibility analysis, and coolant safety procedures.\nSupport immersion and direct-to-chip cooling technologies.\nWork with OCP standards, BMS/SCADA systems, and specialized equipment (particle analyzers, pressure testers, fill/flush/purge systems).\nLeadership & Management Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop Test Engineers and technicians.\nRecruit, interview, and retain top talent.\nBuild training programs and develop team capabilities.\nPerformance Management\nSet measurable goals aligned with operational and business objectives.\nProvide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.\nDrive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and engagement.\nBusiness & Strategy\nAlign test engineering strategy with site and organizational goals.\nLead workcell test engineering teams and customer programs.\nPresent technical findings and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.\nOperational Excellence\nApply LEAN manufacturing principles and quality metrics (Yield, GRR, DPPM).\nIdentify cost reduction opportunities through process optimization and automation.\nMonitor test performance and implement improvements across programs.\n Minimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
