JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager (P5) is responsible forleading complex, high-value NVIDIA customer programs across the full product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through production and ongoing customer engagement. This role serves as a direct interface between Jabil and NVIDIA, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and executive leadership teams.
The successful candidate will drive program execution, manage customer relationships, coordinate global cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against aggressive schedule, cost, quality, and business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, executive communication skills, and the ability to operateeffectively in a fast-paced hyperscale and AI infrastructure environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer & Business Leadership
Serve as the primary program management lead for assigned NVIDIA programs, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Lead program management activities spanning opportunity assessment, customer onboarding, program launch, execution, and production support.
Build and maintainstrong relationships with customer stakeholders, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Align customer priorities with organizational objectivesto drive successful business outcomes.
Program Governance & Portfolio Management
Establish and maintainprogram governance processes, operating rhythms, and reporting structures.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Provide executive-level visibility through regular status reporting, business reviews, and strategic updates.
Ensure alignment, accountability, and continuity throughout the customer lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, procurement, finance, and business unit teams.
Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of issues impactingcustomer commitments.
Lead cross-functional reviews to assess readiness, remove barriers, and maintainexecution momentum.
Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to achieve program objectiveswithout direct authority.
Risk Management & Business Execution
Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and business impacts.
Lead escalation management and recovery planning for schedule, quality, cost, and delivery challenges.
Drive mitigation plans and ensure timelycommunication of critical issues and decisions.
Monitor program performance against objectivesand implement corrective actions when necessary.
Executive Communication
Prepare and deliver executive reviews, customer presentations, and business updates.
Translate complex operational and technical information into concise, actionable business insights.
Provide leadership with visibility into program performance, resource requirements, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Facilitate communication between customer leadership and internal executive stakeholders.
Success Measures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing organizations.
Ability to identifyrisks, drive issue resolution, and influence decisions across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office and enterprise systems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field required.
7-10 years of experience in Program Management, Customer Program Management, NPI, Operations, Engineering, or related business leadership roles.
PMP Certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing programs involving cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and technically complex products or solutions
Experience supporting technology, cloud, AI infrastructure, networking, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments preferred.
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
