Technician will assign appropriate inspection plans and document issues with supplier parts for the Supplier Quality Engineers to work to closure with the suppliers through the CAPA process.\nWhat will you do?\nServe as the focal person for commodity related quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing.\nEnsure that all production critical supplier issues are resolved in a timely manner\nServe as the point of contact for Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods, and provide guidance to Receiving Inspection team.\nDetermine IQC inspection plans and levels. Adjust levels, based on 6 month monitoring performance, and impact to improve quality at point of use on the production floor.\nMonitor and drive PPM issues with the supply base in addition to helping them achieve “Dock to Stock” certified with Jabil\nAnswer supplier related Jira questions to customer established time targets\nProactively communicate information or issues that may impact the production \nImplement holds and purges based on customer requests\nAdhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.\nComply and follow all procedures within the company’s security policy.\nPart of the MRB process to confirm issues as supplier related as required.\nEnsure control build process and vendor rework process is tracked appropriately in traceability systems.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation and Experience\nAssociate’s Degree Preferred.
