We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.\nThis is an onsite in person position in Claremont, NH.\nRelocation assistance available.\nCompetitive salary and benefits including bonus opportunities.\nEnjoy a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.\nUp to 25% travel domestic and international.\nWhat will you do?\nLead and develop the Supply Chain organization, providing direction across sourcing, purchasing, materials planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier development.\nOversee materials planning, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and support of production schedules\nChampion make-buy decisions with supporting business cases, participate in new supplier qualifications, collaborate on contract negotiations\nSystematically reduces supply risk by eliminating single points of failure, identifying bottlenecks, leveraging safety stock, and proactively monitoring supplier performance\nDevelop master production schedule to ensure successful delivery to customer commitments, while optimizing inventory costs\nResponsible for inventory accuracy, controls, variances and corrective actions\nDrives a systematic process to receive, evaluate and fulfill customer demand across the business unit.\nEnsures that an achievable Master Schedule is in place to support both customer requirements and Jabil revenue projections. In developing a solid MPS, consideration should be given to materials availability, equipment capability/capacity and staffing.\nEnsures that the Master Production Schedule is loaded in alignment with customer contract(s) and liability agreements so that the materials team maintains conformance to Jabil’s “Rules of the Road.”\nDevelops and supervises solid product launch plans for new business, and transition plans for products being transferred between Jabil manufacturing sites.\nEvaluates the need for buffer inventory during the transfer process.\nEnsures continuity of product supply to the Jabil manufacturing site(s), and of finished goods to the customer throughout the transfer timeframe.\nOversees the disposition and transfer of residual inventory to the appropriate “receiving” Jabil factory.\nGenerates and analyzes inventory reports for internal business unit and / or customer use.\nAssists the Business Unit Management team as required in evaluating and recovering the cost of excess / obsolete inventory.\nRecommends process and supply chain initiatives to lower inventory costs (hubbing, JIT, optimum manufacturing lot sizes, alternate transportation methodologies, etc.).\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nHow will you get here?\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.\nExperience:\n5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management including purchasing, planning, inventory control, and warehouse/logistics\nSolid understanding of machining and electronics manufacturing\nProven track record in negotiation, cost reduction activities and continuous business improvement.\nExperience with risk mitigation and optimization\nPrevious supplier and people management experience \nProficient in navigating and maintaining an ERP system, preferably SAP super user\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:\nStrong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry. \nStrong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company’s business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets. \nStrong financial and analytical ability.
