Summary\nThe Supply Chain Project Manager - TMS Carrier Integration & Analytics is responsible for leading end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration activities within the Transportation Management System (TMS), while supporting transportation analytics, reporting, and data-driven continuous improvement.\nThis role serves as a key liaison between Logistics, carriers, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful carrier implementations, including transportation rates, carrier configuration, EDI connectivity, testing, and production readiness.\nIn addition, the role supports TMS reporting and analytics by developing and maintaining logistics data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions that provide visibility into transportation performance and enable informed business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTMS Carrier Integration & Project Management\nLead end-to-end carrier onboarding activities for TMS implementations, from initial requirements gathering through testing, production readiness, and go-live.\nManage carrier setup requirements, including transportation contracts, rates, service levels, carrier configuration, and related master data within the TMS.\nCoordinate EDI and other carrier connectivity requirements, working with carriers, IT, integration teams, and TMS technical resources to ensure successful implementation.\nCoordinate and support integration testing, including test scenario development, issue resolution, validation, and production readiness.\nLead recurring carrier onboarding and project meetings, ensuring clear communication of status, priorities, dependencies, risks, and required actions.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure timely execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, external carriers, and technology partners to drive successful project delivery.\nSupport carrier and transportation configuration within e2Open TMS, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and established standards.\nIdentify implementation risks and system or process gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary.\nSupport post-go-live activities, stabilization, and transition to operational support.\nLogistics Analytics, Reporting & Data Management\nDrive Supply Chain Network Optimization and Logistics analysis as needed\nWork with cross functional experts within Jabil (trade compliance, tax, transportation, hubbing, manufacturing and services) to ensure a holistic competitive supply chain solution\nDevelop and maintain logistics databases, reporting solutions, and analytical data models supporting transportation and supply chain operations.\nSupport TMS data governance by helping establish data standards, validation processes, and controls to improve data quality and consistency.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure transportation performance, carrier performance, cost, service, compliance, and operational effectiveness.\nDeliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and business insights to Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders.\nAnalyze transportation data to identify trends, exceptions, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, TMS implementation, carrier integration, project management, or a related field.\nExperience working with TMS platforms, preferably e2Open, including carrier configuration, rates, routing, tendering, and transportation master data.\nWorking knowledge of carrier connectivity and integration technologies, including EDI, XML, APIs, and related data exchange methods.\nExperience coordinating testing activities, including integration testing, UAT, issue management, and production readiness.\nStrong project management skills with experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.\nExperience with supply chain reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and KPI development.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external carriers, and technology partners.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.\nPreferred Skills\nHands-on experience with e2Open Transportation Management System (TMS) and carrier integration/onboarding.\nExperience with transportation rating, carrier contracts, routing guides, tendering, and carrier master data.\nKnowledge of EDI transportation transactions and carrier connectivity processes.\nExperience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. \nExperience developing or automating transportation and logistics reporting.\nStrong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to
