The role focuses on assisting with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment documentation, onboarding activities, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment reporting, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.\nEducation & Experience\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.\nWilling and able to work onsite at Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.\n Responsibilities\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.\nAssist with documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination of day-to-day recruitment activities.\nSource candidates through various recruitment channels and conduct initial phone screenings.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.\nPrepare salary proposals and related recruitment documentation.\nSupport pre-onboarding and onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.\nAssist in recruitment branding initiatives and candidate attraction activities for JTV.\nMaintain recruitment reports, track hiring progress, and ensure data accuracy.\nPerform other Talent Acquisition-related duties and projects as assigned.\nThis is a full-time internship position with a duration of three (3) months.
