This position will directly contribute to the transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division.\nThe TPM role is responsible for coordinating deliverables and reporting on large complex Data Center Infrastructure Programs, including contingency planning and issue resolution. The TPM contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap, while maintaining awareness of cross-product/program synergies and actively communicates opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.\nLOCATION\nAustin, TX\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nIn depth knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling and related systems and sub-systems\nProvides regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies\nSupport scale through shared learnings and mechanisms\nActing as technical advisor, working closely with engineering teams to understand challenges, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility\nAct as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively\nCoordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them;\nDrive decisions with appropriate stakeholders, eliminating roadblocks to resolve customer issues\nDefine KPI's and establish SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses \nAdept at managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedules\nOversee activities associated with the NPI projects to ensure the program achieves its goals on time\nCollaborate with factory-based PMs to provide support from RFP through NPI completion of FWT\nManage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repository, RFIs / ECNs and team up in packaging all RFP deliverables\nAid and provide strategic guidance to the company’s project managers\nWork in partnership with the site-based PMs to develop and implement program strategy\nWorks with your manager to propose potential R&D project ideas to enhance competency areas\nMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned\nKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS\n5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience\n5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience\nProven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nProficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nCreative, self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented\nAble to work independently with minimal oversight\nEffective at presenting information and responding to management, clients, and public queries\nCapable of influencing others and sharing best practices\nComfortable working as part of a global team\nCapable of assessing projects, articulating risks, and developing project milestones\nFamiliar with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM)\nAble to mentor junior project managers\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field.
