TEST TECHNICIAN

• Responsible for the assembly and testing of equipment in accordance with specified requirements and applicable standards.
• Analyze and diagnosing the faulty system and driving appropriate corrective actions to ensure minimal reoccurrence of failures.
• Documents all repairs and improvements on test equipments.
• Monitors all test station for intermittencies and reduce them in accordance to targets.
• Provides support to Operations and Test Engineers by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong “Safety and Quality First” culture.
• Manages and maintains the equipment maintenance and calibration system in accordance with company requirements, ensuring all maintenance activities are properly scheduled, completed on time, and performed to the required standards.
• Controls and maintains test accessories for all test stations, including spare parts, and establishes appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels to ensure the availability of required spares and support uninterrupted testing operations.
• Execute Test Operation following defined timeline to archive customer expected SSD (Schedule Shipment Date).
• Execute specific PCOCM/ EDW following customer requirement.
• Promptly repairing faulty system to ensure meeting customer TCT (Test Cycle Time)
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Chịu trách nhiệm lắp ráp và kiểm tra thiết bị theo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật đã quy định và các tiêu chuẩn hiện hành.
• Phân tích, chẩn đoán các hệ thống bị lỗi và triển khai các hành động khắc phục phù hợp nhằm giảm thiểu khả năng tái diễn sự cố.
• Ghi chép và lưu trữ đầy đủ hồ sơ về các hoạt động sửa chữa và cải tiến đối với thiết bị kiểm tra.
• Theo dõi tất cả các trạm kiểm tra (test station) để phát hiện các lỗi gián đoạn, đồng thời giảm thiểu các lỗi này theo mục tiêu đề ra.
• Hỗ trợ bộ phận Vận hành (Operations) và các Kỹ sư Kiểm thử (Test Engineers) bằng cách tích cực tham gia các hoạt động cải tiến liên tục và thúc đẩy văn hóa "An toàn và Chất lượng là ưu tiên hàng đầu".
• Quản lý và duy trì hệ thống bảo trì và hiệu chuẩn thiết bị theo yêu cầu của công ty, đảm bảo mọi hoạt động bảo trì được lập kế hoạch đầy đủ, thực hiện đúng thời hạn và đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu.
• Quản lý và duy trì các phụ kiện kiểm tra cho tất cả các trạm kiểm tra, bao gồm cả linh kiện dự phòng; đồng thời thiết lập mức tồn kho tối thiểu và tối đa phù hợp để đảm bảo luôn có sẵn vật tư thay thế và duy trì hoạt động kiểm tra liên tục.
• Thực hiện các hoạt động kiểm thử theo tiến độ đã được xác định nhằm đáp ứng ngày giao hàng dự kiến của khách hàng (SSD - Schedule Shipment Date).
• Thực hiện các yêu cầu PCOCM/EDW cụ thể theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Sửa chữa kịp thời các hệ thống bị lỗi nhằm đảm bảo đáp ứng thời gian chu kỳ kiểm tra (TCT - Test Cycle Time) theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
