Provides technical instruction to enhance mold technology system efficiency.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPlan and establish technical standards for mold manufacturing.\nOversee mold design, process development, and improvement to shorten development periods.\nLeading, planning and executing the project for our flagship customer\nImplement new mold design technologies to meet project targets.\nSupport fixture development and improvement.\nAnalyze, develop, and improve clamping fixtures for the Auto Measuring System.\nEnhance mold quality through system development and monitoring.\nSupport mold automation development and improvement.\nMonitor manufacturing system progress and training results.\nEnsure the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manuals.\nPlan and implement new mold design systems, utilizing external resources and establishing guidelines.\nSupport mold project progress and deployment to overseas sites.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nJob Qualifications\nMin.
