Large Enterprise Account Manager for Switzerland
Are you ready to grow and develop large enterprise accounts for Jabra in Switzerland?
In the role of Large Enterprise Accounts Manager in the Large Enterprise Central EMEA team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities and grow Jabra’s presence with large enterprise customers across Switzerland.
The Team you will be part of:
You will join Jabra, a GN audio brand, and an international Large Enterprise Central EMEA team dedicated to large customer accounts. The team works across markets to develop customer-focused account strategies, share knowledge and create coordinated commercial outcomes.
Working closely with account management colleagues in Switzerland and peers across EMEA, you will collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, Global Accounts and Channel Account Managers to create value for customers and grow the Jabra business.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Retain, acquire and develop relationships with large enterprise accounts in Switzerland
- Create and deliver strategic account plans that support market share, wallet share and revenue growth
- Identify customer needs, map stakeholders and develop account-specific objectives, strategies and activities
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and work well with stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Develop strategic alliance partnerships to identify opportunities, generate recurring revenue and manage sales projects
- Coordinate account activities with internal teams and channel partners to ensure a coherent customer experience
- Track progress against agreed commercial goals and adapt account plans as opportunities evolve
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Bring experience from enterprise sales, preferably within a B2B environment
- Have a business degree or equivalent relevant experience
- May have knowledge of the Swiss ICT and telecommunications market
- Bring commercial understanding and can identify, develop and manage sales opportunities
- Are proficient in German and English, with clear presentation skills; French is beneficial
The role involves travel of up to 50% within the region, primarily in Switzerland.
