In this role, you will be responsible for working to complete installation and maintenance requests from our customers utilizing our SmartPay and\nEnsenta platform that provides a suite of products for electronic payment options to users.\nThis position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.\nThe salary range for this position is $38,650- $48,450 and will be determined based on location and experience level.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nManage a high volume of tasks with precision and efficiency.\nPerform a variety of tasks, ranging from quick, one-minute actions to more involved, thirty-minute assignments.\nExecute repetitive tasks consistently and accurately.\nMaintain composure and effectiveness in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.\nMaintain performance targets while ensuring daily volume and task completion meet established performance standards. \nProviding remote software installation services for the SmartPay and Ensenta platform and ensuring software applications are installed and fully functional.\nWork special projects as needed to support the business that can be moderately complex and diverse and have aggressive deadlines.\nMay analyze payment transaction processing.\nEffectively communicate written and verbally to provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot issues, and escalate if necessary, to the appropriate resource.\nMay perform other job duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMinimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical helpdesk setting.\nSkilled at exercising good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.\nEmbraces change to support business needs with a professional and positive attitude.\nMust be willing to work the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, with the ability to work an on-call rotation of 1 week each month, depending on business needs.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree.\nUnderstanding of the payments industry.\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
