As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the installation activities to ensure the successful implementation of the both JH and Third Party products and services. You will work with JH clients, as well as other Jack Henry product groups, and serve as the liaison between our clients, the assigned manager, and integration, technical and production teams throughout the entire implementation process.\nThis position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nServes as a leader and resource for the installation team members. \nPrepares customer for implementation. Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.\nEstablishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation. Ensures milestones are met. Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary. May interact with project manager.\nExercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.\nTroubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.\nConducts exit reviews. Documents issues, ensuring they are not repeated in subsequent conversions.\nMay train installation team personnel. May reinforce training to customers and/or provide guidance in training customer personnel.\nMay participate in new release activities.\nMay identify items that are outside the scope of a standard installation and participate in project activities related to those items.\nMay participate in sales turnover meetings to schedule and determine the scope of the project.\nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMust have at least 4 years of experience working with software implementations, experience working in a financial institution, or another FINTECH.\nMust be comfortable working with technical and executive leaders within a financial institution.\nMust have the ability to work extended hours including weekends as business needs dictate. \nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nBachelor's Degree.\nProject management experience.\nKnowledge of Jack Henry products\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
