Supports role management, lifecycle management, and access certifications. Address business problems and provide coaching to peers. Stays updated on industry trends and solves technical issues. Supports IAM applications and trains users. Manages identity lifecycle events and troubleshoots using SIEM tools. Implements IAM policies and integrates with cloud platforms. Automates processes and contributes to security initiatives.\nThis position may be worked remotely within the US, with the exception of California. All positions, regardless of location, may require an in-person interview or onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nPlanning, designing, developing, and implementing IAM products such as Okta, ID Verification, and JIT (Just in Time) software. \nSupports the analysis and implementation of authorization methods like RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, role management, lifecycle management, separation of duties (SOD), and access certifications. \nConfigures, integrates, and tailors existing IAM products to address business problems or meet client requirements. \nReviews IAM technical white papers and provide guidance to the team on future offerings. \nManages identity lifecycle events, including access certifications, assigning permissions, deleting accounts, and making role changes. \nPerforms integrations with directories (cloud and on-prem) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). \nAligns business needs with technology and standards related to identity creation, deletion, vaulting, and password management. \nCreates and update metrics, automating data collection and aggregation. \nBuilds automation using PowerShell scripts, RPA, SQL, and other tools like Power Automate. \nParticipates in information-gathering meetings with clients to understand their needs, business goals, and desired outcomes. \nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMinimum of 6 years' experience in IT.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) \nScripting language skills, API’s (REST, JSON), databases, and cloud infrastructure\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity preferred.\nCISSP, Google GCP, or CISA preferred. \nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
