In this role, you will contribute to technical design and implementation, solve complex engineering challenges, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.\nThis is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office location in Allen, TX;\nThis position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, PERM).\nThe salary range for this position is $105,900- $145,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nPerforms and may lead system analysis and programming activities which may require research and timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production. \nPerforms, and may lead, technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application. \nDevelops, tests and reviews applications based on business requirements and industry best practices. \nUses best practices and standard guidance to create and modify code. \nConsiders how code changes will affect end users and internal teams. \nMay review code created by less experienced team members. \nCollaborates with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. \nPerforms, and may lead, work with cross-team as projects dictate. \nWorks on, and may lead, critical tasks and deliverables with no assistance, and sets and updates expectations on size, scope, and timelines. \nParticipates in and may lead team in cross-functional meetings and discussions. \nCreates required technical documentation. \nStays updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to improve software development processes. \nAdheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. \nParticipates in the definition and documentation of standards.\nMay lead unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of developed software. \nDebugs and troubleshoots issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions. \nMay contribute to product architecture. \nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nA minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software development.\nExperience with C++, Windows programming (MFC), C#, and WPF.\nExperience integrating embedded web technologies such as CefSharp and WebView2.\nStrong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nExperience with Angular.\nBachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science.\nExperience with Automation using CodedUi or Selenium.\nExperience with HTML and JavaScript.\nFinancial Industry Knowledge.\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
