You’ll partner with engineering, analytics, and business teams to turn complex data capabilities into secure, scalable products that help financial institutions access trusted insights, make informed decisions, and deliver better experiences to their account holders. You’ll help build products that reach more than 14,000,000 active users each month and that financial institutions trust to serve their account holders every day. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nDesigns, modifies and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and release. \nServes as the central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to completion and release. \nTracks statistics of product adoption by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.\nEnsures a smooth turnover to the implementation or support organizations that includes planning, training and hand off.\nEstablishes and interacts with user community (e.g., focus groups, crowdsourcing, customer fact finding, etc.)\nCreates and maintains the product vision/roadmap.\nParticipates in the rollout of marketing plans/campaigns.\nCreates alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution.\nCreates standard demonstrations (and occasional participation in customer demonstrations).\nProvides demonstration training to Sales.\nPromotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities. \nEnsures that products meet specifications and quality goals.\nMay assist less experienced peers.\nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in product management, product owner, technical business analyst, or hands-on experience building apps or digital products you own.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nBachelor’s degree\nExperience managing cloud-based data products or platforms, including enterprise data hubs, data warehouses, or analytics solutions such as Google BigQuery.\nUnderstanding of data product concepts, including data ingestion, governance, accessibility, quality, privacy, and analytics.\nAbility to translate technical data capabilities into customer-focused use cases and measurable business outcomes.\nA genuine curiosity about how people interact with their finances and a desire to understand the problems behind the problems.\nComfortable working alongside designers and engineers, asking good questions, and learning quickly in an environment that moves fast.\nStrong communication skills that allow you to take something complex and explain it in a way that makes sense to anyone in the room. \nA fascination with how AI can make product managers more effective, from sharpening research and discovery to accelerating how quickly ideas can be tested and refined.\nAble to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.\nGeneral knowledge of research procedures concerning development of new technologies.\nComfortable working in a remote environment, using Slack, Google, and other remote-friendly modern toolsets.\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
