In this role, you will contribute to technical design and implementation, solve complex engineering challenges, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable and maintainable software solutions.\nThis is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office location in Allen, TX;\nThis position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, PERM).\nThe salary range for this position is $92,350- $130,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nCompletes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution. \nPerforms system analysis and programming activities which may require research and timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production. \nProvides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application. \nDevelops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices. \nUses best practices and standard guidance to create and modify code. Considers how code changes will affect end users and internal teams. \nCollaborates with QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. \nParticipates in cross team projects as needed. \nWorks on critical tasks and deliverables with minimal assistance, and sets and updates expectations on size, scope, and timelines. \nMay represent team in cross-team meetings and discussions. \nAdheres to documented departmental and corporate standards. Participates in the definition and documentation of standards. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nPlans unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of developed software. \nDebugs and troubleshoots issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions. \nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nA minimum of 4 years of software development experience.\nExperience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExperience developing responsive web applications.\nExperience integrating UI applications with RESTful APIs.\nStrong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and troubleshooting.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nExperience with Java, SQL and C#.\nExperience with Ionic or hybrid/mobile application development.\nFinancial services industry knowledge.\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
