You must be a self-starter and can manage multiple projects at once. You will be responsible for working with credit union staff to implement Integrated Solutions and core module products and processes.\nWhile the current schedule is primarily weekdays, some weekend and holiday work may be required in the future.\nThis is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY, Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nAnalyzes the customer’s existing products/processes and consults with customer to map existing system to the JH product.\nPrepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training or support to the customer post-installation.\nOversees/performs system set-up for customers (i.e., parameter set-up, creates job files for processing, etc.). Ensures related business processes will run on software.\nProvides software support/guidance by answering questions on functions, features and usage of software products. Support will be remote.\nCommunicates the customer’s needs/expectations with programmers, other team members, and team leader.\nMaintains effective communication with customers throughout entire project/case.\nIdentifies/maintains customer issues and ensures proper resolution. Maintains customer issue list by application and ensures all are forwarded to the appropriate personnel for resolution.\nPrepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.\nProvides training to less experienced peers.\nMay perform other job duties as assigned. \nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMinimum of 5 years of work experience in a financial institution or FinTech.\nMinimum of 2 years of ACH experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of Symitar experience.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nPrevious work in application analysis/product management\nStrong knowledge of Jack Henry products, equivalent competitor products, and understanding of application functions. \nStrong computer skills and knowledge of information systems.\nStrong business operations including concepts, structures, etc.\nStrong organizational skills.\nStrong ability to analyze/convert customer information and processes for setup in Jack Henry system.
