This team is responsible for the scoping, development, and testing of enhancements added to SilverLake and CIF 20/20.\nThis is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO, Louisville, KY; Birmingham, AL; or Charlotte, NC.\nAll positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for:\nInteracts with customers to gather system requirements.\nDefines the system and functional requirements of the product.\nPrepares business requirements and functional specifications. \nServes as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. \nMay assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.\nMay perform application, system and regression tests. \nResponsible for creating business requirements.\nReviews and provides feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.\nContributes to the creation of user stories, end-user documentation and other sprint related documentation.\nMay work with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.\nCreates test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products.\nWorks with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.\nMay assist less experienced peers.\nMay perform other job duties as assigned.\nWhat you’ll need to have:\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.\nStrong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes, including loan origination, servicing, collateral management, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.\nExperience working with banking software, product management activities, or business requirements within a loan-focused environment.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nAbility to travel up to 10% for internal meetings, conferences, user groups, and customer engagements.\nWhat would be nice for you to have:\nSilverlake knowledge. \nExperience or knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies. \nExperience with or knowledge of Core Business Services.\nExperience with or knowledge of SOA architecture or similar tool.\nExperience with or knowledge of XML.\nExperience with business requirements documentation, technical/functional specifications, use cases, test cases. \nHas a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues. Works on complex and diverse projects. Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.\nExercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.\nExcellent knowledge of the financial industry, specifically lending.\nExcellent communication and customer interaction skills.\nExcellent project management skills.\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nGood grammar and writing skills.\nAble to define system and functional requirements. \nAble to meet aggressive deadlines.\nAble to interact with and communicate well with other technical associates.\nIf you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
