THAT is Link Snacks!\n The Associate IT Business Analyst will partner with business owners to identify business system opportunities and support existing applications. Opportunity to work and collaborate with business and technical teams on multiple technologies. Candidates are recognized as emerging subject matter experts. They must be comfortable in a high-paced, team environment with the ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels inside and outside of the organization and make challenging decisions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nEstablish strong business partner relationships with Sales & Customer Finance functional areas.\nWork with IT BRM Sales to understand new business requirements and provide recommendations.\nProvide functional support related to Sales related technology (SAP, Salesforce, others) implementations, projects, enhancements, and day-to-day support.\nBegin to scope and plan Sales related IT projects that improve business processes.\nDeliver projects within budget and on time within the specified scope defined by the Statement of Work.\nDefine functional and technical specifications as required.\nSupport sales-related AI projects, including training and adjusting AI models.\nPerform system configuration in sales-related technologies (SAP, Salesforce, others).\nCreate and complete testing scenarios in specified business area.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience.\nKnowledge and experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area.\n1+ years of Business Application experience.\n1+ years of experience implementing and supporting business systems.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members.\nWorking knowledge of key business processes and the applications deployed to enable these processes.\nCross functional experience with other SAP business areas.\nProficient with Project Management principles.\nUnderstands current and emerging IT technologies.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI Tools.\nSkillful in testing and documentation using accepted methodologies.\nCapable of providing inputs to scope, plan, and estimate projects.\nExpert in defining detailed business requirements.\nAbility to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.\nAbility to ravel required 10%.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred\n1 + years experience with SAP modules, Salesforce, PowerBI and/or other applications that are relevant to your business area preferred.\n The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
