THAT is Link Snacks.\n The HR Coordinator has primary responsibility for the local administration of HR-related functions including, but not limited to, supporting team member engagement and recognition efforts, assisting in the onboarding process, maintaining the HRIS database and personnel records, responding timely to employees and outside parties regarding general inquiries, and performing various other administrative support functions including bein the site receptionist. Fulfills responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:\nAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, direct visitors and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.\nMaintain compliant personnel files; manage personnel records retention according to laws and company policies.\nPlan and support team member engagement and recognition events.\nMaintain and distribute team member anniversary and birthday recognition cards.\nOther duties as assigned.\n EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE\nThis is an entry level position that will initially be the receptionist for the site.\nInterest in learning and developing HR related skills and responsibilities is a must.\nDESIRED REQUIREMENTS:\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred\nPrevious operator/receptionist experience.\nREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and team members. Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and motivational skills.\nProficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nHours of Work are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.\n The hiring range for this role is $18.50 - $20.00 Hourly. Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
