THAT is Link Snacks.\n The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and leads the daily installation, repair and maintenance of our facility, property and equipment. This position provides leadership over the maintenance technician workforce in repairing, maintaining, cleaning, troubleshooting, and installing all equipment in the facility.\nDIRECT REPORTS - Maintenance Technicians\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:\nDirects and leads a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and development and performance feedback.\n\nCollaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution of task by Maintenance team.\n\nEnsure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures including: LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response, and general safety practices.\n\nEnsuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.\n\nPerformance Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level Team Member morale and dedication to serving customers. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, training, and development of Team Members. Give performance feedback as appropriate in a consistent and timely manner.\n\nReview, correct, and approve TM timecards through Jack Link’s timekeeping tool to ensure Team Members are paid correctly for each pay-period.\n\nResponsible for KPIs related to the maintenance department.\n\nIdentification and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects.\n\nIn partnership with Human Resources manage the staffing levels to appropriates support a 24/7 manufacturing facility, which includes participation in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires.\n\nMonitoring all processes for optimal performance and reacting to deficiencies.\n\nTroubleshooting abnormal conditional of all equipment in the facility.\n\nParticipation in the development of SOPs and other training and instructional documentation.\n\nOrdering parts, tools, chemicals, and lubricants.\n\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.\n\n REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nRequired Education:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing, including hydraulics, pneumatics, & electronics; leadership experience \nPreferred:\nAssociates or Technical Degree in applicable field\n\nExperience in meat processing and packaging plant.\n\nWastewater, water treatment, refrigeration, boiler, and/or engine/machine room experience\n\nExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) and Scheduling Software.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES\nSolid verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees\n\nMust demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills.\n\nProficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n\nExceptional mechanical aptitude and facility maintenance skills.\n\nKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and/or electrical/mechanical\n\nAbility to maintain and handle multiple functions/ tasks relating to the day-to-day operations for Jack Links\n\nProactive style that ensures the completion of projects despite obstacle\n\nActively seeks to utilize a “Collaborative Team Approach” in all situations\n\nContinually strives to influence a positive company culture and leads by example\n\nAbility to train\n\n The salary range for this role is $76,477 - $105,156 (Annual). Actual wage will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
