Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nSafety:\nPerform all duties within OSHA and company safety standards; LOTO, wear PPE and maintain safety equipment.\nMaintain a safe, clean and organized work area.\nImmediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/supervisor/manager.\nEnsure safety devices are installed and working properly.\nMonitor work environment for general food safety hazards.\nCommunication\nCommunicate with coworkers and leaders in an effective, timely manner.\nKeep lead/supervisor informed daily of problems incurred during the shift.\nSuggest improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.\nDuties\nFollow good manufacturing practices and FSQ training, along with company SOP’s. Observe team members to ensure compliance; coach as necessary.\nPerform pre-op - depending on time, scheduling and production.\nReview of documentation for accuracy and completeness.\nRecord deviations/issues into compliance tracker and inform lead/supervisor\nReview/Close out hold tags as necessary- list should be printed off daily, hold tags must be accounted for; report missing hold tags to lead/supervisor.\nGMP, SOP, SQF, Prerequisite program maintenance - accuracy, completeness, implementation; aligned with review of production paperwork, verifications, calibrations, and counseling, etc.\nPerform quality inspections on products and enter data into electronic forms/hand written form.\nImplement corrective actions on deviations found during quality inspections.\nGeneral\nMust demonstrate the Jack Link’s Values: Be Real - Relationship Driven - Stewardship - Speed Matters - Self Discipline - Show Awesome Character.\nAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nAdhere to all company personnel policies.\nSuperior accuracy and attention to detail.\nAbility to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems\nMust be able to pass a drug screen.\nRegular attendance is essential.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Education and/or Experience\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
