Day.\n Strategically procure indirect materials and services across CAPEX and OPEX categories.\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies.\nBuild and maintain strong internal networks with stakeholders and external networks with suppliers.\nUnderstand market conditions and market dynamics, particularly in the area of indirect materials.\nIdentify KPIs, tools, and processes to optimize procurement, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.\nWork closely with technical departments and operational teams.\nEnsure compliance with all legal requirements, internal processes, and quality standards, such as IFS.\nContribute to the further development of the procurement organization to achieve its objectives and targets and support the overall J&L EMEA sourcing strategy.\n A completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.\nSeveral years of experience in strategic procurement.\nStrong technical understanding of the assigned CAPEX and OPEX categories.\nAn independent, accountable, and proactive approach to work.\nFluent German and English skills with strong negotiation capabilities; French language skills are an advantage.\nProficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.\nA strong team player with a willingness to collaborate in partly international teams.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally.\n We are a dynamic and ambitious team with a flat organizational structure.
