In this role, you’ll take full ownership of events-from big-picture strategy and creative development to flawless on-site delivery and insightful post-event analysis.\nAs a key member of the Meetings & Events team, you’ll collaborate closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production partners to bring ideas to life and deliver experiences that exceed client expectations. You’ll manage multiple programs simultaneously, oversee vendors and partners, control budgets, and serve as a trusted leader throughout every stage of the process.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of live and hybrid events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential programs\nTurn client goals into compelling event concepts and actionable plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams\nManage budgets, timelines, and production schedules while negotiating with suppliers, venues, and service providers to maximize value\nOversee all event logistics, including registration, travel, accommodations, shipping/receiving, and on-site operations\nLead on-site execution, ensuring a seamless experience and exceptional results for clients and attendees\nAnalyze program performance and identify opportunities to optimize future events and drive growth\nMentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with internal staff and freelance partners\nWhat You Bring\n6-8+ years of experience managing complex live events, trade shows, or experiential programs (agency experience is a plus)\nProven ability to manage projects from initial concept through execution, balancing multiple workstreams and stakeholders\nStrong client-facing communication skills with confidence in decision-making and problem-solving\nDemonstrated success managing budgets, vendors, and tight timelines in fast-paced environments\nNice to Have\nExperience managing events with both U.S. and global components\nExposure to industries such as life sciences, technology, automotive, or B2B marketing\nFamiliarity with emerging trends in experiential marketing, attendee engagement, and event technology\nProfessional certifications (e.g., CMP) are a plus\nSkills & Strengths\nExceptional project management and organizational skills\nStrong attention to detail with a client-first mindset\nCollaborative leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functional teams\nProactive problem-solving and operational excellence\nProficiency with event platforms, digital tools, and event technology\nWe make our careers website accessible to any and all users.
