From preparing ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, you’ll play an important role in helping our culinary team deliver quality and consistency every day.

What You'll Do:

• Follow recipes, preparation guidelines, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality culinary food preparation
• Keep food properly stored, rotated, labeled, and organized
• Prepare and maintain food levels based on business volume and guest needs
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating at a high standard
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep food preparation running smoothly and efficiently
• Help create an excellent guest experienceby ensuring quality and consistency
• Jump in where needed and take on additional responsibilities to support the team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 100% of the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds
