in delivering the quality and experience our guests expect.\nWhat You'll Do:\nSlice, chop, portion, and heat Hot Prep foodaccording to established recipes and specifications\nExecute catering and delivery food orderswith accuracy, consistency, and attention to timing\nEnsure every order is prepared correctly and ready to leave the kitchen hot, fresh, and on time\nMaintain proper food storage, rotation, labeling, and organization\nFollow all systems and processes for caterer and delivery-person loadout\nDouble-check orders and ensure catering and delivery needs are completed accurately\nMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen\nFollow food safety procedures, including time and temperature tracking and proper cooling\nFollow recipe guidelines and specifications to ensure consistent food quality\nWork closely with the team to keep the kitchen moving efficiently during busy periods\nHelp deliver an outstanding guest experiencewith every order\nJump in wherever needed and take on additional responsibilities to support the team\nWhat Makes You Successful:\nPerforms well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\nAbility to multitask while staying focused on
